ISSAPP is the inter-school sports league for international schools in Phnom Penh, founded in April 2014 by the athletic directors of ISPP, NISC, HOPE and Logos to foster friendly competition in team sports. Over roughly a decade it grew from 4 to about 15 member schools; at the end of 2025 the larger schools split off a top tier called PPAC8 (Phnom Penh Activities Community 8).

How it works
A friendly inter-school league running seasonal round-robin fixtures and tournaments across age/division levels (elementary/middle/high school), with results, fixtures and standings published on its League Republic site (issapp.leaguerepublic.com). Competition is organised sport-by-sport across the school year. At the end of 2025 the eight largest members (Logos, NISC, ISPP, Liger, East-West, AISPP, CIS and HOPE) formed a separate top-tier grouping, PPAC8, alongside the broader ISSAPP roster.
