What we collect
When you register for training, a program, or contact us, we collect the details you provide — such as the athlete's name or handle, age band, province, chosen program, and a guardian's name and contact. We collect only what we need to run the program.
How we use it
- To process registrations and coordinate sessions.
- To contact a parent or guardian about the athlete's participation.
- To keep athletes safe during sessions, including medical and emergency coordination.
How we protect it
Guardian contacts, dates of birth, consent records, and documents are stored in a separate, access-controlled internal system. This information is never published on the website, never sent to your browser, and never indexed. See our Child Safeguarding Policy for the full standard.
Your choices
- You can withdraw consent for data or imagery at any time.
- You can ask us to correct or delete an athlete's information.
- You can request that a photo, video, or profile be taken down.
Analytics
We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand general site usage. We do not run behavioral tracking or profiling of minors, and we do not use third-party advertising pixels.
