Data minimization

We never publicly display, store in our public dataset, or place in any link or file name: exact birthdates, phone numbers, email addresses, home addresses, guardian names or contacts, school identifiers that pinpoint a child, or government IDs.

• Age is shown as a band (for example, “U16”) — never a full date of birth.
• Location is shown as a province or town at most — never a street address.
• A player's photo appears only when guardian consent is on file.

Two systems, kept separate

Public profiles contain only safe, display-ready information. Sensitive details — guardian contacts, consent records, dates of birth, documents — live in a separate, access-controlled internal system. That system is never readable by the public site, never sent to your browser, and never indexed by search engines.

Consent & imagery

We capture guardian consent before collecting information about a minor, and again before using any photo or video. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Takedown requests

A parent or guardian can ask us to remove a photo, video, or profile, and we will unpublish it quickly. Contact us through the details on our Privacy Policy.

On the rest of the site

• No private information appears in social-share images, sitemaps, or structured data.
• We use privacy-friendly analytics with no behavioral tracking or profiling of minors, and no third-party ad pixels.
• Admin access is role-based, and changes to player and registration data are logged.
