Soy Pisey is a Cambodian National Team basketball player who represented Cambodia at the 2021 and 2023 SEA Games, earning a silver medal in the men's 5×5 event in 2023. He is also the first Cambodian athlete to be invited to the prestigious Basketball Without Borders (BWB) camp.
